Refund policy

All orders will be processed within 5 days from the order date.

If you are having second thoughts about your gear, and your purchase was made within 30 days, you can return it. Do not forget, we will need your items to be unwashed, unworn, unaltered with the hangtag still attached, inside the original package, and with your proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs

Marchetta NYC is not responsible for any lost returns. We suggest a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.***
